Attention Current Members!

We are happy to announce that TITLE Boxing Club Brighton  will now be offering 30-minute workout format to their schedule. We’ll also have one 75-minute class for the die-hards.  We value our members’ opinions and would LOVE your feedback on this new format, so don’t be afraid to let us know what you think!

Use the following guide to distinguish between your SIX class options:
BOX30 = 30 min. Boxing Class – 7 minute warm up, 4 rounds, 7 minute core
KBX30 = 30 min. Kickboxing Class – 7 minute warm up, 4 rounds, 7 minute core
 
BOX60 = 60 min. Boxing Class – 15 minute warm up, 8 rounds, 15 minute core
KBX60 = 60 min. Kickboxing Class - 15 minute warm up, 8 rounds, 15 minute core
 
BOX75 = 75 min. Boxing Class (for the die-hards) – 15 minute warm up, 12 rounds, 15 minute core
KBX75 = 75 min. Kickboxing Class (for the die hards) – 15 minute warm up, 12 rounds, 15 minute core
